 Bruno Valsangiacomo
Bruno Valsangiacomo-Brandestini is a graduate of the School of Economics and Administration in Zurich. He is a seasoned corporate banker and entrepreneur with interests in various industries in Switzerland, Poland and the Far East. Bruno is CEO of the Tectus Group and Chairman of BBR Holding AG, Zoug; Chairman of Proceq SA, Schwerzenbach; Vice Chairman of Stahlton AG, Zurich; Vice Chairman of Mageba S.A. Bülach and represents the Tectus Group and its various group companies. In 1991, he founded FFC Fincoord Finance Coordinators Ltd, Zurich, a consultancy and M & A firm specializing in media, pharma and fast-moving consumer goods investments in Central Europe. He is a Founding Shareholder and Executive Vice Chairman of the ITI Group - the largest Polish media group - and sits on the Board of Directors of a number of group companies including TVN S.A., Warsaw, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Bruno is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
 Svein Finstad
Svein Finstad is an engineer with over 20 years of experience in leading positions in the building industry. He is the Chairman of KB Spennteknikk AS, one of Scandinavia's leading companies in the field of post tensioned construction, as well as stay cables, bearings and expansion joints.
 Pietro Brenni
Dr sc techn Pietro Brenni took his first steps in the construction industry with a worldwide leading geotechnical and specialised underground engineering company. In the late 80s, he graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) , where he had further opportunities to strengthen his natural affinity for structural engineering and obtained a doctorate with a dissertation on bonding between new and old concrete. He joined BBR in 2000, heading its strong technical headquarters and business development unit until the end of 2006. Pietro is currently the owner and principal of an independent engineering and consultancy firm based in southern Switzerland, as well as a director of and advisor to several other companies.
 Peter Ekberg
Peter Ekberg holds a degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and is a Swiss Chartered Public Accountant.
He is CFO of the Tectus Group with investments in the Proceq, BBR, Stahlton and mageba Groups and Vektor AG. He started his career with KPMG Zurich in 1980, specializing in international audit referrals and due diligence engagements.
Before joining Tectus in early 2001, he was Corporate Controller for an international strap machine manufacturer and headed Finance for the middle European subsidiaries of an English health club group.
 José Manuel Illescas
José Manuel Illescas holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the ETS for Industrial Engineers in Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where he specialized in Mechanics-Construction. He started his career in 1985 working for different Spanish leading construction companies, where he accrued experience and focused on the field of bridges and construction of other concrete structures. From the early 1990’s, he has been fully devoted to post-tensioning activities and special techniques for construction. In 2004, he became CEO of BBR PTE, the BBR Network Member in Spain, Portugal and Romania.
 Fernando Tejada
Fernando Tejada holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from the ETS de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos for Civil Engineers in Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He also holds a Master’s Degree in General Management from IESE Business School in Madrid. He started his career in 1992 working for different Spanish companies, achieving technical knowledge in concrete structures, in the formwork field, on site concrete constructions and prefabricated precast manufacturing and construction. In 2008, he became CEO of BBR PTE, the BBR Network Member in Spain, Portugal and Romania.
 Thomas Heubel
Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Heubel started his career in the construction industry in 1992. After graduating with a Master's Degree in civil engineering, he joined the engineering department of one of Germany's leading construction companies. Having been involved in the design of several bridge and tunnel projects, Thomas encountered the enthralling world of prestressed concrete and took his first steps in this field within DSI's headquarters in Munich, Germany. As a technical consultant and project manager, he gained much international experience through supporting and advising clients and subsidiaries, mainly in the Far East and South America. He expanded his skills in the field of construction methodology, as well as bridge design and engineering, whilst with Thyssen RöRo Bautechnik GmbH where he was responsible for the worldwide sales, design and operation of advancing shoring and heavy duty falsework. An ever-enthusiastic and committed engineer, Thomas joined VORSPANN-TECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG in 1998. After reorganising the German branch, he was appointed CEO in 2004. Born in 1964, Thomas is currently based in Munich and has two children.
 Bernd Hilger
After an economic-founded education Bernd began his career working on building sites as a commercial project manager, where he started developing his skills in on-site resource management. In 1993 he became Branch manager of ED. ZÜBLIN AG in Freising/Germany where he quickly expanded his abilities in strategic, organisation, contracting, legal contract items, accounting and costing. Next step in 1996 was changing to PORR in Salzburg/Austria, being member of the local management team and managing a number of companies. At this time he got in touch with VORSPANN-TECHNIK first time. In 2001 he moved to PORR Munich where he manages the civil engineering group of PORR in Germany until to date as well as he became CFO of VORSPANN-TECHNIK in Salzburg and Munich. Bernd was born 1961 and raised in the south of Munich where he still lives today. He is married to his wife Barbara since 1989.
 Dariusz Masłowski
Dariusz Masłowski graduated from Warsaw University of Technology in 1994. His thesis - dealing with alternative design of road viaducts in the urban areas with the use of post tensing systems and resulting construction methods - clearly demonstrated his interest for more advanced engineering tasks. He joined BBR Polska Sp. z o.o. in 1995 as one of its first employees. During the growth of the BBR organization in Poland, he was involved in many interesting projects including construction of free cantilevering bridges, stay cable bridges, incrementally launched bridges, as well as post tensioned structures for silos for the cement and sugar industries in Poland. Having been with BBR Polska from its beginning, he has worked in almost every technical position including technician operation on site, engineering site supervision as well as project preparation and management. He was also involved in some international operations of the BBR group. With his extensive and unique company experience, in 2003 he was appointed deputy CEO of BBR Polska Sp. z o.o. with the task of securing the company's future technical development. Dariusz is married, speaks Polish, English and basic Russian and lives in Warsaw, Poland.
