Zug and Oslo, 10 April 2008 – BBR Holding Ltd. and KB Spennteknikk AS announced today the acquisition of 100% of BBR Polska Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, by KB Spennteknikk AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of the KB Group, Norway. Both KB Spennteknikk AS and BBR Polska Sp. z o.o. are members of the BBR Global Network of Experts.
