BBR Post-Tensioning SystemsThe BBR Network offers a complete range of post-tensioning systems, covering all possible applications in structural and civil engineering. With the introduction of the CE marking of all construction products in Europe, the European Technical Approval (ETA)and the Euronorms (EN), BBR launched the BBR VT CONA CMX post-tensioning system.
Information about compliance of the various BBR post-tensioning systems with the most common national and international standards, codes and recommendations relevant for post-tensioning can be found here... The CONA CMI tendons consist of 1 to 73 seven-wire prestressing strands with nominal cross section of 140mm2 / 150mm2 and a max. characteristic tensile strength of 1860 MPa. The CONA CME tendons consist of 1 to 31 seven-wire prestressing strands with nominal cross section of 140mm2 / 150mm2 and a max. characteristic tensile strength of 1860 MPa. The CONA CMF is a flat-anchorage post-tensioning system using 1 to 5 seven-wire prestressing strands with nominal cross section of 100 mm2 / 140mm2 / 150mm2 and a max. tensile strength of 1860 MPa. The CONA CMB consist of 1 to 16 seven-wire prestressing strands with nominal cross section of 150mm2 / 165mm2 and a max. characteristic tensile strength of 1860 MPa / 1820 MPa. The CONA CMM consist of 1 to 4 seven-wire prestressing strands and a max. nominal cross section of 150mm2 / 165mm2 and a max. characteristic tensile strength of 1860 MPa / 1820 MPa. The BBRV post-tensioning cables are one of the earliest and most reliable post-tensioning systems. This parallel wire post-tensioning system has been developed by BBR in 1944. The BBR CONA, CONA Compact, CONA Multi, CONA Single and CONA Flat post-tensioning systems have been applied very successful for many decades.
The CONA CMX Post-tensioning kits are installed exclusively by certified PT Specialist Companies. A complete list of all BBR certified PT Specialist Companies can be found here... |
