Internal Post-tensioning System

 

The European Approved and CE marked CONA CMI is internationally the most up-to-date and advanced internal post-tensioning system. The CONA CMI tendons consist of 1 to 73 seven-wire prestressing strands, whereas the prestressing strands have a nominal diameter / nominal cross section of 15.3 mm / 140mm2 or 15.7 mm / 150mm2 and a maximum characteristic tensile strength of 1860 MPa.

 

The available anchorages are the stressing or active anchorages (Type A), the fixed or passive anchorages (Type F) and fixed as well as movable couplers (Type K or H). The tendon sheaths are corrugated round steel ducts, flat ducts, smooth steel ducts or PT plastic ducts. The filling of the tendons is performed with a high performance grout, grease, wax or circulating dry air.

 

The CONA CMI is European Approved and CE marked.
