BBR CONA

  1. Introduction
The BBR CONA is a further development of the CONA Compact system using seven-wire prestressing strands.

  2. Tendon Sizes
In accordance with the German Approval the standard tendons consist of 4, 7, 12, 15, 19 and 31 dia. 0,6” strands. Other tendon sizes can be executed by omitting one or more strands in a standard tendon

  3. Post-tensioning System
Active and passive anchorages have been tested and are available.

VT F100 and VT 140/150

  1. Introduction
The VT F100 and VT 140/150 are strand type post-tensioning systems.

  2. Tendon Sizes
The standard tendons are composed of 1, 4, 6, 12, 16 and 20 dia. 0,5” strands. Alternatively they consist of 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, 15 and 19 dia. 0,6” strands. Other tendon sizes can be executed by omitting one or more strands in a standard tendon.

  3. Post-tensioning System
The available anchorages are the active and passive anchorages, the fixed and the movable couplers (coupled by a rod, or a sleeve, or with overlap).

BBR FLAT

  1. Introduction
The BBR FLAT is a bonded post-tensioning system using seven-wire prestressing strands and is particularly suitable for thin construction elements.

  2. Tendon Sizes
The standard tendons consist of 4 dia. 0,5” strands or alternatively of 4 dia. 0,6” strands.

  3. Post-tensioning System
The available anchorages are the active and passive anchorages.

BBR CONA Single

  1. Introduction
The BBR CONA Single with monostrands is used where small post-tensioning units are required. For unbonded tendons the strand is coated with a special protective grease and encased in a plastic conduit. In case of bonded tendons, a corrugated metal or plastic sheath is installed, which is cement grouted after the stressing operations.

  2. Tendon Sizes
The standard tendons consist of one dia. 0,5” or 0,6” strand.

  3. Post-tensioning System
The available anchorages are the active and passive anchorages and the intermediate anchorages with continuous strand or with coupler sleeve.

  4. Downloads

BBR CONA External

  1. Introduction
The BBR CONA External is a further development of the CONA Compact system using seven-wire prestressing strands and is particularly suitable for unbonded external tendons.

  2. Tendon Sizes
The standard tendons are composed of 7, 12, 19, and 31 dia. 0,6” strands. Other tendon sizes can be obtained by omitting one or more strands in a standard tendon.

  3. Post-tensioning System
The available anchorages are the active and passive anchorages and the tendons can be executed as Basic Types (non-replaceable) or as Replaceable Types.
