The €70m Delta Planet Niš retail center development in Serbia opened its doors to customers at the end of April – less than 14 months after construction began. This amazing construction performance included the supply, installation and stressing of BBR VT CONA CMM monostrand unbonded post-tensioning for 25,000m² of floor slabs. One of the major challenges faced by BBR Adria was the placement of tendons within beams of a curved geometry and this was overcome by the application of well-established technical skills and great teamwork. The post-tensioning element of the project was completed in under five months, enabling the project to progress swiftly towards completion. Congratulations on a great result!
