This year’s event was particularly successful and enjoyable – with many opportunities for delegate participation, feedback and networking. The first day was taken up with basic training for new staff, while the second day was more relaxed, with sessions on BBR strategy and plans, plus updates on latest developments. During the Workshop, there were three special guest speakers - Prof. Presečki of BBR Adria (PT slab design); Prof. Dr. Mladen Uliçevic of the University of Montenegro (designer of the Moracica Bridge) & Nemanja Anđjić (CRBC’s on-site technical manager) both gave fascinating presentations on the Moračica Bridge. The highlight of the Workshop was undoubtedly the team visit to the Moračica Bridge site where delegates could appreciate first-hand the challenges of this major project.
