Opening Cerimony of the Sunniberg Bridge in Klosters, Switzerland

The Prince of Wales opened a new bridge in the Swiss ski resort town of Klosters. Amidst a picture postcard setting of snow-capped mountains and brilliant sunshine, The Prince was joined by the Swiss Government Councillor Mr. Leuenberger, local people and dignitaries to open the spectacular Sunniberg Bridge, part of a major bypass project in the area. The five-span, cable-stayed crossing is 526 metres long, crosses over the River Landquart at a height of about 60 metres has been conceived from Christian Menn and realized with BBR DINA stay cable technology.
