For more than two decades, AFI Airport City Belgrade, the largest and most modern business park in the region and home to more than 140 leading domestic and international companies from diverse industries, has been growing on 14 ha between Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport and the city center.
Now, the Airport City Business Avenue Tower 1 — the 13th structure in this development — is taking shape.

According to a Terrascope report, the use of PT flat slabs can reduce embodied CO₂ by up to 50% compared to traditional reinforced concrete (RC) slabs.
